1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including birth data.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and linked identity providers.

2. Service Scope

Astrina provides astrology tools and content for informational and entertainment purposes.
Content is not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued as we improve the service.
Paid features, if offered in the future, will be billed through the applicable platform store and governed by its purchase and refund policies.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
Do not use Astrina for unlawful activity, harassment, or fraud.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the app beyond what applicable law permits.

4. Intellectual Property and License

Astrina, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Astrina or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, lawful use on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

Astrina is provided "as is" and "as available" except where prohibited by law.
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of astrology content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrina and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, abuse, legal compliance, or material violation of these terms.
You may stop using Astrina at any time.
You may request account deletion from within the app or by emailing support@astrina.app.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
